HRPM Solutions Inc. offers a suite of Human Resources and Project Management consulting services to improve organizational effectiveness and deliver successful project results.  Our mission is to be the leader in providing scalable project management solutions to Human Resources organizations enabling our clients to evolve and become leaders in project management practices.

Company Profile

HRPM Solutions Inc. is a management consulting business that began operations in January 2003.  Kathy Mosgrove is a Senior Consultant and President of HRPM Solutions Inc. and has extensive background in Human Resources and Project Management in North America and internationally.  She has led numerous HR projects with over 20 years experience in human resources, project management, technology and business in North America, Japan, Asia, Australia, United Kingdom and South America in both the private and public sectors. Kathy has conducted presentations and workshops and written articles on Project Management for Human Resources in England, Canada and the United States. 

An active volunteer, Kathy established the Human Resources Specific Interest Group with the Project Management Institute (PMI) in 2003 and served as president and past president from 2003 to 2008.  She has also been conducting interactive workshops on project management at the annual Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) Annual Conference since 2005.

Kathy's particular strengths lie in her strong interpersonal skills and effective project management strategies.  Her extensive human resources background, encompassing project management, mergers, acquisitions and divestitures (MA&D), recruiting programs and systems, coaching, HR systems development, program and policy development, and strategy development, provides for a unique ability to advise organizations in Human Resources and Project Management.

Kathy is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) with the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), a Project Management Professional (PMP) with the Project Management Institute (PMI), and a Professional Engineer (P. Eng.) with the Professional Engineers of Ontario (PEO).  Kathy holds a Bachelor of Science from Queen's University, majoring in Mathematics and Engineering.
